Christmas!

Thanks for the stocking, Grandma and Grandpa! But what does "Spuo" mean?

Christmas Breakfast. Orange-cinnamon rolls, scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, chocolate crescent rolls, and some eggnog tea.

Toys!

The tissue paper is the best toy ever.

Practicing some standing up. New record before gravity takes over: 4 seconds.

More toys!

  1. Definition: "Spuo" - a remakably intelligent young man who can defy gravity for four seconds.

    Neat first Christmas!

  2. Merry Christmas, Charlotte Chadwicks!

It appears that you have had a nearly-perfect family Christmas at home with the neophyte celebrant (the rain could have waited another day). Benjamin seems to have fulfilled his role as the central figure in the festivities.

The photos are just the kind of thing that makes us want to preserve the moments. They'll bring you many smiles and warm memories as the years pass and Benjamin grows beyond the need to struggle to defy gravity.

It is such a pleasure to see you relishing the present; it's Existentialism 580. It really doesn't get any better than that.
